I have always had the love for creating and I was unable to utilize those skills during my everyday 9-5 job. Due to corporate changes, I realized there was a need for a change in my life so I resigned without a plan in mind. I just knew that my current situation was no longer desired. 

I am from a banking background of over 15 years with a Masters Degree in Business Management. I realized that office life was not for me. I have been decorating cakes for over ten years and realized that I have a strong passion for it. Waking up at 3am to simply bake and create gave me life. So I have pursued this path and I am so grateful that I have.  I have since gone back to school to study the finer culinary aspect of food so that I can bring you even a wider variety of choices. I am going into my sixth year of business for myself and there have been many trials and tribulations but all have been lessons that were needed to be learned and have made me a better business person because of that. I have an even stronger passion for it than I did before backed with heart, skill and determination.
